As an actor, producer and activist Wilmer Valderrama has been making audiences laugh, listen and think for nearly two decades. Perhaps most recognized for his role on the Emmy-nominated series That 70s Show and currently in the #1 TV drama NCIS on CBS. On the animation front, Valderrama has voiced numerous roles in films such as Golden Globe winning Disney’s Encanto & Pixar’s Onward, as well as starring in and executive producing Netflix’s animated films Trouble and Charming.
In 2006, Valderrama established WV Entertainment where he created and produced the MTV series Yo Momma, also serving as the host for all three seasons. Since then, WVE has developed and produced a wide range of programming.
Kaitlin Saltzman is the Vice President, Head of Scripted at WV Entertainment, where she develops dynamic television with a focus on underrepresented voices and stories. Previously, she was the Vice President, Head of Television for Ashley Tisdale’s Blondie Girl Productions. Prior jobs include roles in Comedy and Drama Development at CBS, where she also worked extensively with the writers of the CBS Diversity Showcase; and in NBC’s Current Programming department and Page Program. Kaitlin grew up in New Canaan, Connecticut and earned her BA in Film, Theater, and Government from Connecticut College and her MFA in Film and Television Producing from Chapman University.
Jessica Acevedo began her career in entertainment production in 2007 when she joined commercial production company, Backyard and Seed as an associate producer. In 2009, she began working with Wilmer Valderrama at WV Enterprises, overseeing his production calendar and managing the production office. In 2012, Acevedo transitioned from production management to the original content development department. Within her first year in this role, she set up The Ricardo Laguna Project at MTV Tr3s, alongside Mr. Valderrama and Relativity Real. Since then, she has helped set up a number of projects that have gone straight to series including, The Hollywood Puppet Show for Fuse, Douglas Family Gold for Oxygen and King of the Floor for Youtube’s, Nuevon. Ms. Acevedo is has overseen the development and production for various projects at networks like CBS, A&E, TNT, Sundance, Disney & Nickelodeon. In 2016, Acevedo was promoted to VP of Production & Development and currently oversee a slate of over a dozen unscripted and animated projects.
Leo Klemm is the Head of Narrative Audio and Director of Operations at WV Entertainment, focusing on the development of WV Entertainment’s podcast and narrative media arm. In addition, Leo manages and oversees the companies performance across all production and philanthropic efforts.
An LA native and a recent graduate of Boston University in 2020 with a degree in Film and Television.
